Electric Dreams
[The base is eerily quiet. Wash doesn't like to descend into cliches, but it feels too quiet. It was supposed to be a simple retrieval mission; grab the information, blow the place up, get out. A milk run practically.
But there's something niggling at the back of his mind, the wrongness of the place. There were guards, there always are. But not as many as he'd expected. Not as well trained. Not as well armed.
